2022 Asian Games Global Design Competition
2022 Asian Games Global Design Competition is a joint initiative of the 19th Asian Games 2022 Hangzhou and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, aiming at a cross-disciplinary project celebrating the rich cultural heritage and beauty of Zhejiang Province and unifying power of sports. Main objective of Competition is selection of design of official “the 19th Asian Games 2022 Hangzhou” merch bag – based on inspiring design translating the cross-cultural perspective on beauty of Zhejiang and passion and love for sports.
Eligibility
Participation in the contest is open to applicants of all ages and nationalities – based on submitted application co-authored proposals or proposals by organizations are also eligible for participation.
Theme of the design
Capturing the theme of official concept for promotion of Zhejiang Province “Picturesque Zhejiang” and the Olympic spirit represented in the organization of the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Paralympic Games.
Award
Distinguished international jury will based on selection award 3 best work awards (2,000 USD per selected submission and production of 5,000 pieces of proposed design) and 7 awards for excellence in achievement (300 USD per submission).
